Map to Millions Snapshot Policy
Map to Millions · Snapshot Policy

Our best systems stay where they are worth the most. Inside.

A plain explanation of what stays inside Map to Millions, why we built it this way, and what that exclusivity protects. For you.
No panic. No fine print. The reason behind the rule.

If you have ever asked us to push a snapshot into your other GoHighLevel agency and we said no, this page is for you. You are not being shut out. You are being shown where the value actually lives.

01
No Fine Print

What the policy actually says.

The snapshots, funnels, workflows, automations, email sequences, and templates we build for Map to Millions stay inside Map to Millions sub-accounts.

They are not exported to outside agencies. They are not pushed to another agency owner's account. They are not copied, rebuilt, sublicensed, or installed anywhere outside the ecosystem we operate.

That is the policy. No asterisk.

This is not a new rule we invented to inconvenience you. It has been written into the Map to Millions terms since day one. If you read the ownership section on our main page, you already saw it: our snapshots do not transfer to other HighLevel agencies, other platforms, or other ecosystems.

We are putting it on its own page now because you deserve the reasoning, not just the rule.

02
Read This Twice

Exclusivity is not us being stingy. It is us protecting what you already have.

Here is the counterintuitive truth most people miss.

The value of a snapshot is not only in what it does. It is in who else has it.

Picture the opposite. Picture us handing our most advanced funnels to every agency on the internet. Every competitor. Every coach selling the same offer you sell. Every practitioner in your exact niche, in your exact city, chasing your exact client.

What happens to the value of that funnel the moment it is on five hundred other accounts?

It evaporates.

A system that everyone has is a system that gives no one an edge. The reason our snapshots are worth installing is the same reason we protect them.

Rarity is not a side effect of the policy. Rarity is the product.

Stop thinking of this as a door we closed. Start thinking of it as a wall we built. The wall is what keeps your edge an edge.

03
We Give First

Look at everything that is already yours.

Before we explain what we hold back, look honestly at what we hand over.

Inside your Map to Millions sub-account, you receive a white-labeled GoHighLevel environment with the work already started: pre-built funnels, pre-written email sequences, pre-installed pipelines, expert-led snapshots, the branded member portal, the automations, the SMS templates, the onboarding sequences, the win-back flows, the referral and testimonial systems.

Then we keep going. Every new funnel we build, every new sequence we write, every new template we ship into the library, you get it. The work compounds in your favor while you sleep.

That is not the behavior of a company that holds back. We give an enormous amount, and we never stop adding.

So when the one thing we ask in return is to use it here, understand the exchange for what it is. We give first. We give constantly. We ask for one thing. That is a fair trade, and most members feel it the moment they see the full inventory.

04
The Real Reasons

Why we keep our best work inside the ecosystem.

Four reasons. Each one is a because. Read them in order.

Because 01

A snapshot is uncontrollable the moment it leaves.

Once a snapshot lands inside another agency's account, we lose all control of it. It can be copied. It can be modified. It can be stripped, rebranded, and redistributed inside that agency without our knowledge and without our permission. We have zero visibility and zero recourse. Protecting the work at the point of exit is the only point where protection is still possible.

Because 02

Exclusivity is the value, and we refuse to spend it.

The instant our newest systems are available everywhere, they are worth nothing anywhere. We will not burn the value of the thing we built for you by scattering it across the open market.

Because 03

We will not arm competitors with our newest technology.

Some of the requests we receive ask us to install our most advanced builds into agencies run by people who sell directly against us. Read that slowly. We are sometimes asked to hand our latest intellectual property to a competitor's platform, simply because a member happens to be hosted there. We respect our members. We also protect our business. Handing our crown jewels to a competing platform is not member service. It is subsidizing the competition, and we will not do it.

Because 04

The library only stays ahead if it stays contained.

We are not finished building. We add to this system constantly, and the only way a library stays ahead of the market is if it stays inside the walls of the people building it. Containment is not a limitation on the work. Containment is the condition that lets the work keep compounding.

05
The Vault Principle

The most guarded formula in the world has never been patented. On purpose.

The recipe for Coca-Cola has been a secret for more than a century. It sits in a vault in Atlanta. The company could have patented it at any point in the last hundred-plus years, and they have refused, every single time, for one reason.

A patent expires. A patent forces you to publish the formula for the entire world to read. The moment Coca-Cola handed the world the exact recipe, the most valuable beverage formula on earth would be worth the paper it was printed on.

So they did not protect it with a patent. They protected it with a vault.

KFC does the same thing with its 11 herbs and spices, split across multiple suppliers so no single one holds the whole recipe. The secret is not a marketing gimmick. The secret is the asset.

Here is what every premium brand understands and most businesses never learn. The thing you protect most fiercely is the thing that makes you valuable. The discipline to guard it is not paranoia. It is the entire reason the brand is worth anything at all.

Now read the part that matters to you.

The vault is not built to keep you out. It is built to keep everyone else out, while you are already standing inside it.

You are not on the other side of the glass looking in at our systems. You have the formula. You have the recipe. You have the full build, deployed in your account, running for your business right now. What we will not do is hand that same formula to the people lined up to compete with you.

We protect it from the market. We protect it for the tribe.

That is the difference between a brand with a vault and a business with a leak. You are inside the one with the vault. The walls are not there to limit you. They are there because what is inside is worth protecting, and because you are one of the few who gets to use it.

06
The Part Most People Miss

Every reason above is actually a benefit to you.

Flip each one. Watch what you are actually getting.

Your funnels are not sitting on five hundred competitor accounts, so the system you deploy still surprises the market instead of blending into it.

Your edge stays an edge, because the people you compete with cannot walk into another agency and download the same advantage.

The value you are sitting on stays valuable, because we refuse to dilute it. Every member who protects this protects yours too.

And the library keeps growing in your favor, because the same discipline that keeps it out of competitor hands is the discipline that lets us keep investing in it.

The policy that sounds like it limits you is the policy that keeps your investment worth something. That is the part most people miss until it is pointed out.

07
Clear From Day One

What stays with the platform. What stays with you.

We draw this line in plain English, the same way we do on our main page, because clear lines are how trust survives.

Stays With The Platform

The snapshots, funnels, templates, workflows, automations, email sequences, copy, page designs, training, CRM configuration, and the strategic frameworks we built and continue to build. This is the intellectual property of Heal At Scale and LAUNCHR Inc. It is licensed for your use inside Map to Millions while your access is active. It does not transfer out.

Stays With You

Your contacts. Your lead records. Your customer relationships. Your conversations, message history, and payment records. Your original copy edits, your branding, your uploaded media, your offers, and every business outcome you create. Your client wins, your revenue, your reputation, and your case studies. Those are yours, always, and they can be exported as standard data files according to platform capabilities.

We do not claim your customers. We do not take a percentage of your revenue. We do not touch your original work. We protect our engine. You keep your business. Those two things are not in conflict. They are the whole arrangement.

08
Straight Talk

If you are on another agency, here is the real conversation.

We are not going to pretend there is no tradeoff. There is, and you deserve to hear it plainly.

If you host your GoHighLevel activity inside a different agency, you cannot install our newest snapshots there. That is true. We are not softening it.

Notice what is actually being withheld

The asset is not being withheld from you. It is being withheld from a platform we do not control. The funnel is fully available to you. It lives inside your Map to Millions sub-account, the environment built for it, and that sub-account is already included with your eligible membership at no extra platform fee.

So the honest question is not why we will not give you the asset. The honest question is which environment you want your best systems running in. And the answer we have built is simple: the one we configured, support, and keep upgrading, for free, for you.

09
Where You Go From Here

Two clear paths. Pick the one that fits.

Path 01

You are already on a Map to Millions sub-account

You are set. Every system we have built and every system we ship next is available to you inside your account. Nothing on this page changes anything for you except your understanding of why the work you are using is worth using.

Activate anything you have not turned on yet and keep building.

Path 02

You are on a different GoHighLevel agency

You have a path home, and it is included with your eligible membership. The move is not to drag everything over blindly. It is intentional, supported, and we will walk it with you so your live business is never at risk during the transition.

Talk to us before you move a single asset. We will look at your current setup, tell you the honest sequence, and get your activity running where your snapshots actually live.

10
The Questions You Are Already Asking

Honest answers. Not corporate ones.

No. Our snapshots do not transfer to outside agencies. This policy applies at every membership level for the four reasons explained above. The systems are available for your use inside your Map to Millions sub-account, the environment we configure, support, protect, and continue upgrading.

If you already have another GoHighLevel account, do not dismantle or move your current setup blindly. Talk with our team first. We will help you determine what should stay where, what can be migrated safely, and how to begin using the Map to Millions systems without putting your live business at risk.

Because a snapshot we cannot control is a snapshot we cannot protect. The moment it leaves our ecosystem, it can be copied, modified, rebranded, and redistributed without our knowledge or permission. Protecting it at the point of exit is the only meaningful protection that exists.

You receive access to use the system inside Map to Millions. That access does not include ownership of the snapshot file or the right to export, sublicense, distribute, or install it inside another agency.

No. This has nothing to do with you personally. It is a structural policy that applies equally to everyone, including members we have known and trusted for years. A policy that bends for one person is not a policy. It is a leak waiting to happen.

The line protects our intellectual property, the Map to Millions ecosystem, and every member whose competitive advantage depends on these systems remaining exclusive.

Yes. Eligible Practitioner Accelerator membership includes access to the Map to Millions systems inside your included Map to Millions sub-account, with no additional platform fee while that access remains part of your active membership.

You may use the available snapshots, funnels, workflows, automations, templates, and other resources inside the Map to Millions environment. Your membership does not transfer ownership of those systems or grant the right to export them into another GoHighLevel agency, platform, or ecosystem.

You have full use of the systems where they are licensed to operate. You do not have the right to remove or redistribute the underlying intellectual property.

Yes. This is the line that matters most, so read it carefully.

The strategy is yours to learn and apply. The architecture, sequence logic, offer design, principles, and skills you develop through our training are platform-independent. If you study how a funnel works and independently create your own funnel, copy, pages, workflows, and automations inside another account, that original work belongs to you.

What you cannot do is copy, export, reproduce, install, or redistribute our actual snapshot files, exact templates, proprietary copy, page designs, workflows, automations, or other protected assets outside Map to Millions.

Learn everything. Apply the strategy. Build your own original work. Do not export or duplicate ours.

No. Your business remains yours. Your contacts, lead records, customer relationships, conversations, payment records, original content, branding, uploaded media, offers, and other exportable business data belong to you and may be exported according to the platform's capabilities.

You are free to leave Practitioner Accelerator or discontinue your Map to Millions subscription. You may also leave Practitioner Accelerator while keeping your Map to Millions sub-account active through a separate paid subscription. In that situation, your existing sub-account remains active, and you may continue using the Map to Millions systems inside it according to the terms of that subscription.

What you cannot do is cancel your Map to Millions access and take our proprietary systems into another agency. Your business comes with you. Our engine either remains inside your active Map to Millions account or stays with the platform when that account is closed.

Leaving Practitioner Accelerator does not necessarily mean you must close your Map to Millions sub-account.

If you leave Practitioner Accelerator but want to retain access to the Map to Millions environment, you can continue through a separate paid Map to Millions subscription. As long as your sub-account remains active and in good standing, you may continue using the eligible systems installed and made available inside that account.

Those systems remain licensed for use inside Map to Millions. They do not become your property, and they cannot be transferred, exported, copied, or installed inside another GoHighLevel agency or platform.

If you cancel the Map to Millions sub-account entirely, your access to our snapshots, funnels, workflows, automations, email sequences, templates, copy, page designs, training, CRM configurations, and strategic frameworks ends. Those systems stay with the platform.

Your business data and original work remain yours. This includes your contacts, lead records, customer relationships, conversations, payment records, original branding, uploaded media, original copy, offers, revenue history, and other information that can be exported according to the platform's capabilities.

For the complete distinction, review the ownership section above, the main Map to Millions page, and the applicable Map to Millions terms. No surprises. Your business is yours. Our intellectual property remains inside the ecosystem where it is protected.

A Letter From Travis

Why I drew this line, and why I am at peace with it.

I have been building businesses on this kind of architecture for twenty years. Funnels, launches, sequences, systems. I have built the same underlying engine for venture after venture, and I have learned one thing that took me far too long to accept.

The work you give away to everyone is worth nothing to anyone.

For a long time, I wanted to be the most generous operator in the room. Send the file. Share the build. Help everyone, everywhere, on every platform. And I watched that instinct slowly drain the value out of the exact systems my members were counting on to give them an advantage.

So I made a decision. The strategy, I give away freely. The teaching, the frameworks, the thinking, the exact "here is how this works" is yours, forever, and I will keep teaching it on every call. But the deployable engine, the actual snapshots and templates we build and keep building, stays inside the ecosystem we run.

Not because I do not trust you. Because I refuse to hand you an advantage and then quietly destroy it by handing the same advantage to the person you compete with.

This is what protects the value of what you have. This is how I make sure that a year from now, two years from now, the systems inside Map to Millions are still ahead of the market instead of scattered across it.

Simple Scales, Complex Fails. The simplest, strongest version of this is one clear line: our best work lives here. You get all of it, here. And here is the one place it stays worth having.

That is the trade. I think it is a good one. I built it that way on purpose.

The Bottom Line

A moat protects everyone standing inside it.

We are not keeping our best work exclusive because we are stingy. We are keeping it exclusive because exclusivity is the value, and that value belongs to the people inside this ecosystem.

Give the systems to everyone, and no one has an edge. Protect them, and every member inside these walls holds something the open market cannot get.

You are inside the walls. The work is yours to use, here, where it stays worth the most. And we will keep building it, for you, for as long as you are here.

Your best systems live in one place.
This is that place.

Your best work, protected, in the one place it stays worth having.
